How do I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Free samples for orders above $500. We ship via DHL/FedEx from Edison, NJ or our Shenzhen office — usually 2-5 business days to your door. We pay the freight on us; you pay only the sample cost.
What's the difference between you and a domestic US distributor?
Same quality, same OEM-equivalent specs, but 30-60% lower landed cost because we source direct from Chinese factories. We hold 45 SKUs in our NJ warehouse for same-day fulfillment on the most-quoted items.
Do I need a US business entity to buy?
Yes — EIN or business registration is required. We do not sell to consumers. If you have a shop, dealer license, fleet account, or e-commerce store with verifiable resale activity, you qualify.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Per-line MOQ ranges from 2-20 units depending on SKU. Account-level first order: $250 minimum. After three orders in good standing, no minimum. We never charge a setup or membership fee.
Can you private-label or custom-package?
Yes. We do custom labels, retail boxes, and master cartons for orders above 200 units per SKU. Lead time for custom packaging: 2-3 weeks additional.
What if a part arrives damaged or fails to fit?
30-day fitment guarantee on all SKUs. We cross-reference the OEM number on file, file the RMA within 24 hours, and replace from the same lot — not a re-stocked return.
